Step 1: Create an Instagram Business Account
You will need an Instagram Business account to link your Shopify store. It will not link to a personal account.
Follow these steps to create an Instagram Business account:
Switch your account to a business account by going to your profile and tapping the three lines in the top right corner. From there, select Settings > Account > Switch to Professional Account > Business.
Follow the prompts to complete the setup of your new business profile. They’ll ask you for information, like your URL, contact info, and industry.
Step 2: Connect Your Instagram Shop to Facebook

Visit your Facebook account.
On the top right corner of the page, click on the three lines.
Next, click on "Settings."
In the left-hand menu, click on "Instagram.”
